Froot Cookie and Storage Notice
Froot uses a small set of first-party cookies and browser storage so the private beta can work safely. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing cookies in the beta.
Necessary cookies
Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and the private beta access cookie remembers that an invite was accepted. These are required for the app to work.
Local browser storage
Froot stores language, accessibility preferences, whether the splash screen was already shown, map location-prompt state, and an anonymous analytics session identifier in your browser.
Analytics
Beta analytics are first-party and intentionally minimal. They help us understand whether people can log in, search, add trees, and report issues. You can turn this off in Settings.
No advertising tracking
Froot does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, retargeting pixels, cross-site advertising cookies, or data brokers.
